When you hear the word “associate” you might think of an assistant, or someone who is less experienced. This is actually just the opposite! Our associates have been personally and individually trained by Chelsey to work under the Rocha & Co name. To both shoot and conduct oneself in a way that aligns with everything Chelsey believes in. You'll still have the chance to meet your photographer before the wedding day at your engagement session!
If Chelsey is already booked on your wedding date but you LOVE our editing style, this would be the perfect opportunity to hire an associate photographer.
Chelsey will still be your main point of contact for the most part during your planning process. Chelsey handles client questionnaires and timelines but always encourages couples to meet with the associate who will be photographing their wedding either at the engagement session or at least on the phone prior to the wedding day.
Each couple that works with us gets the same experience. From session prep, vendor suggestions, timeline curation, tons of other information in our bridal guide, we got you! We are grateful that of all the choices out there, you have chosen us and we want you to have the best of everything we have to offer! That is absolutely no different when you hire one of our associates.
Our associates are personally trained by Chelsey and must second shoot a number of weddings with Rocha & Co Photography before lead shooting. This ensures our proven practices will remain the same no matter the photographer.
This is Morgan! She started working with Chelsey and Rocha & Co Photography in 2023, which was ironically also the same year that she got married as a R&Co bride. That's right, Morgan has quite literally been in your shoes! That alone gives her major points as she knows both what it's like behind and in front of the camera! Morgan has always been known as the friend with the camera in her hand, constantly documenting moments, both for herself and others, throughout the years. If you are booking an associate for your wedding, Morgan will be the face you see on your wedding day!
